Nirvana Seeds’ origins begin in the 1980s when its founder, Mau, was working in a grow shop in central Amsterdam. Watching the professional growers of the time work their magic, he became inspired and was compelled to learn the trade so he could start his own cannabis seed company.

Mau then spent the next few years, traveling the world, collecting cannabis seeds from the finest genetic strains across the globe. After this came further years of experimentation; cultivating and developing brand new strains that would be successful in a competitive marketplace.

Finally, after Mau had honed his products to perfection, Nirvana Seeds was created in 1995. Since then, Nirvana has become one of the most reputable companies in the industry, with some incredibly unique strains that have become immensely popular within the cannabis community.
